Thank you very much for using Metrobank Japan Branches for your banking needs in sending remittances to the Philippines.
To ensure that you, our valued remitter, continue experiencing meaningful banking through our remittance services, we highly encourage you to update your ID copy and customer information with us and continue sending your remittances.
Please be advised that on October 1, 2022, all remitters with no remittance transaction or updated customer information from January 1, 2019 will be on INACTIVE REMITTER status. In case of INACTIVE REMITTER status, you shall be required to submit a copy of your valid prescribed ID and updated customer information to continue using Metrobank Japan Branches’ remittance services.

and be ready with the screenshot of your valid prescribed ID ( front and back).
