PROMOTION MECHANICS (INCLUDING ONLINE REFERRAL)
I. For Referrer
1. To qualify, be an existing Remitter registered with Metrobank Easy Transfer Service (METS) or Easy Postal Remit Card (EPRC).
2. Refer a friend to register and to use METS or EPRC to send remittances.
3. Fill out referral slip and give it to the Referred Friend.
- For online referrals, the Referrer must inform the Referred Friend of the online referral. The Referrer must also inform the Referred Friend that an email will be sent by Metrobank and that it must be accepted first by the Referred Friend before Metrobank can proceed with mailing the application forms for remitter registration and METS or EPRC to the Referred Friend.
4. The Referrer must first receive the email confirmation or postal notification for successful referral*.
II. For Referred Friend
1. Download the application forms for registration and METS or EPRC at our website or request for the forms from any of our branches.
- For online referrals, the Referred Friend has the option to receive the application forms sent by Metrobank via postal mail or download forms directly from the website.
2. Completely fill out and mail the application forms to Metrobank together with the referral slip and the copy of your valid ID (front & back).
Standard policies and procedures for new Remitter registration shall apply.
3. Send a remittance using METS or EPRC upon receipt of confirmation documents/card.
First remittance of the Referred Friend using METS or EPRC shall be free of charge.
4. As a registered Remitter, you may now start referring friends to get more free remittances and a chance to win an iPad mini
III. Rewards and Other Information
The Referrer shall be entitled to two (2) remittances free of charge using METS or EPRC and will be given one (1) computerized raffle entry number for a chance to win an iPad mini in one of Metrobank’s raffle draws after a successful referral*.
The two (2) free METS or EPRC remittances charges shall be automatically applied immediately to the first two remittances using METS or EPRC made by the Referrer after the successful referral*.
The specific computerized raffle entry number and the information on the availability of the two (2) free remittance charges shall be included in the email or letter confirmation of the successful referral* to be sent to the Referrer.
The Referred Friend’s first remittance using METS or EPRC shall be free of charge.
The promotion period is from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. Free remittance charges can be availed of until June 30, 2016.
This promotion is available only to Individuals using Metrobank’s METS or EPRC.
Existing Individual Remitters may apply for METS or EPRS to qualify as a Referrer during the promo period.
* Successful referral shall mean that the Referred Friend has remitted funds using METS or EPRC.

BRING METROBANK A FRIEND PROMOTION (BMAF)
1. Bring Metrobank A Friend (herein after BMAF) is a promotion of Metrobank Japan Branches
(hereinafter Metrobank) whereby an Individual Metrobank Remitter who has Metrobank Easy
Transfer Service (METS) or Easy Postal Remit Card (herein after Referrer) refers a friend who is
not a registered Remitter of Metrobank to register as a Metrobank Remitter and apply for METS
or EPRC (herein after Referred Friend).
2. Only Individual Remitters of Metrobank registered with METS and/or EPRC are qualified to join
this promotion as a Referrer.
3. Only Individuals who are not registered Remitters of Metrobank and who will apply for Remitter
registration and METS and/or EPRC are qualified to join as a Referred Friend.
4. There shall be no limit on the number of friends that can be referred 4. by the Referrer.
5. After a successful registration, Referred Friends shall qualify as a Referrer during the promotion
period.
The term “successful registration” shall mean that the Referred Friend has successfully applied
for remitter registration with METS and/or EPRC and that the confirmation documents/card for
new registration, sent by Metrobank via registered postal mail, has been received by the
Referred Friend at the residential address registered with Metrobank
6. The acceptance of applications and remittance transactions shall be governed by the following:

7. The first remittance of the Referred Friend using METS or EPRC shall be free of charge.
8. Rewards for the Referrer from this promotion are available only after a successful referral.
9. The term “successful referral” shall mean that the Referred Friend has successfully registered
as a new remitter of Metrobank and has sent a remittance using EPRC or METS within the
promotion period.
10. Metrobank shall send an email confirmation or a notification by postal mail to the Referrer for
each successful referral.
11. Every successful referral entitles the Referrer to two (2) remittances free of charge to be used
for remitting funds using EPRC or METS only. The two (2) free METS or EPRC remittances
charges shall be automatically applied immediately to the first two remittances using METS or
EPRC made by the Referrer after the successful referral.
12. In addition, the Referrer shall be automatically entitled to one (1) computerized raffle entry
number for a chance to win one (1) iPad mini for each successful referral.
13. A total of fifteen (15) iPad minis shall be raffled by Metrobank Japan. Five (5) iPad minis will be
raffled on the last working days of August 2015, December 2015 and June 2016.
14. The Referrer can only win one (1) iPad mini raffle prize.
15. Winners of the raffle shall be notified by Metrobank Japan through email, postal mail or
telephone. Prizes can be claimed at the counters of any Metrobank Japan Branches or sent via
courier only to your registered address with Metrobank.
16. The promotion period is from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. The last day of completing the
referral process shall be on March 31, 2016.
17. The free remittance charges can be availed of until June 30, 2016.
18. To join this BMAF, the Referrer and the Referred Friend must fully satisfy the requirements of
the promotion and agree to the promotion mechanics and this terms and conditions.
19. BMAF only covers remittances, by an Individual Remitter, to the Philippines using EPRC or
METS. Remittances to other countries other than Philippines are not included in this promotion.
Funds sent to Metrobank Japan Branches other than through EPRC or METS is not qualified for
this promotion. Corporate or Juridical Entity customers and Metrobank employees are not
qualified for BMAF.
20. Metrobank Japan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any promotion
and to amend the contents of this Terms and Conditions, at its sole, without any prior notice to
Customers.
