IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR METS USERS (ZENGIN SYSTEM)
To our valued METS Users:
Thank you very much for your continuous patronage.
We would like to inform you that as of the time of posting on October 11, 2023, the Zengin System issue which occurred yesterday has not yet been resolved. This may cause delays in transfers between affected banks, which could affect your remittances using MUFG, RESONA, and SMBC.
To ensure that your remittances using METS will not be delayed, we suggest using the same bank to transfer to your METS account until the issue has been resolved:
- MUFG → METS-MUFG
- RESONA → METS-RESONA
- SMBC → METS-SMBC
Please note that Metrobank Japan’s remittance services are available as usual if the transfers are made between the same banks as suggested above.
