Contact the beneficiary after remitting
A reference number will be sent the remitter’s registered email address. Inform your beneficiary of the reference number, remittance amount, and remitter name.
Claim cash at preferred payout counter
When claiming the cash, the beneficiary should bring a valid ID and prepare the reference number, remittance amount, and remitter name beforehand.
