Metro Easy Transfer Service (METS)
Send money to the Philippines with your own individual METS account number (choice of SMBC, MUFG, RESONA) .Using this number, you may directly send remittances online with internet banking on your cellphone or desktop, or through your nearest convenience store or local bank ATM. This enables you to remit fast and easy - anywhere and anytime!
Easy Postal Remit Card (EPRC)
Remit using a dedicated Japan Post Bank remittance card that gives you access to a wide network of approximately 24,000 Japan Post Bank Counters and 32,000 Japan Post ATMs. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (also available Family Mart ATMs depending on the region). Simply prepare your designated remittance card and cash to remit directly to your beneficiary seamlessly.

How to remit money to the Philippines?

You can remit to the Philippines using a remittance card or a unique remittance account number.

You must first register as a remitter along with your beneficiary’s information with either Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch.
You can register online or by postal mail.
